All orders shipped to an address within Mainland UK are eligible for FREE carriage via Royal Mail or other Courier.
All local orders (YO11, YO12, YO13, YO14 Postcodes) placed, over the value of £20 will be delivered, if requested by us, free of charge on the same day.
Note: For Same day local delivery, we must have received the order by 5pm.
RETURNS POLICY:
IF A PRODUCT IS FAULTY UPON ARRIVAL:
If you receive a product which is faulty or cosmetically damaged we will exchange the product/refund the full amount providing the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used.
- If you use a faulty product, particularly a cosmetically damaged item we will not accept it.
- The product has all original packaging.
- You contact us as soon as is reasonable to inform us of the fault.
- Return postage costs will be reiumbursed on a purely discretional basis.
IF A PRODUCT BECOMES FAULTY SHORTLY AFTER USE:
If you receive a product which develops a fault once you start using it, do the following:
- Call us! We may be able to help rectify the problem as it may not be a fault.
- Depending on the type and value of the item, we may request you send photographic evidence (via E-Mail) of the fault or simply send the product back and we issue you a replacement or a refund.
- Return postage costs will be reiumbursed on a purely discretional basis.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:
If you decide you no longer want a product and wish to return it for a refund the following applies:
- The product AND its packaging must completely unused in as new condition.
- You must cover your own return postage costs.
- For expensive items we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
- Your refund will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
